This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) sets forth the conditions for the use of Solo Tiles Mahjong (hereinafter referred to as “this App”) and related services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by us (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). Users (hereinafter referred to as “the User”) shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service between the User and us.
  2. We may establish additional rules or provisions regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Individual Rules”), in addition to these Terms. Regardless of their names, these Individual Rules shall constitute a part of these Terms.
  3. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with any provision of the Individual Rules, the Individual Rules shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

Article 2 (License)

We grant the User a non-exclusive right to download this App to their own device and use it for personal purposes, in accordance with the conditions set forth in these Terms.

Article 3 (Fees and Payment Method)

  1. This App can be used free of charge, but some paid content is available.
  2. The App offers the following paid content:
    • Solo Mahjong Pro (one-time purchase): By purchasing, the User can permanently access benefits such as unlimited Riichi Tickets, Yakuman Practice Mode, and more.
  3. Purchases of paid content are processed through the User’s Apple ID or Google account.
  4. Purchased content cannot be returned or refunded, except as required by applicable laws.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

The User shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts related to criminal activities
  3. Acts that infringe copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights included in the Service
  4. Acts that damage or interfere with the servers or network functions of us, other users, or third parties
  5. Acts of commercially using information obtained through the Service
  6. Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services
  7. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  8. Acts of impersonating other users or third parties
  9. Other acts deemed inappropriate by us

Article 5 (Suspension of the Service)

We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User if we determine that any of the following situations apply:

  1. Maintenance or updates of the computer system related to the Service
  2. Difficulty providing the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
  3. Accidents involving computers or communication lines
  4. Other situations in which we determine that providing the Service is difficult

We shall bear no responsibility for any disadvantages or damages incurred by the User or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.

Article 6 (Usage Restrictions)

We may, without prior notice, restrict the User’s access to all or part of the Service if the User falls under any of the following:

  1. If the User violates any provision of these Terms
  2. If we deem the User’s use of the Service to be inappropriate

We shall bear no responsibility for any damages incurred by the User due to actions taken under this Article.

Article 7 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability)

We do not guarantee, either expressly or implicitly, that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or rights infringement).

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the User’s use of the Service.

Article 8 (Service Content Changes)

We may change the content of the Service or discontinue its provision at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User as a result.

Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice if deemed necessary. The User is considered to have agreed to the revised Terms upon using the Service after such changes.

Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)

We handle personal information obtained through the Service appropriately in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.

This App uses third-party services such as AdMob for advertisement delivery and RevenueCat for usage analytics, which may collect User information.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms.

In the event of disputes relating to the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed-upon court.
