Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the user and us relating to the use of this Service.

We may establish specific provisions (individual rules) with respect to this Service. Such individual rules shall constitute part of these Terms regardless of their designation.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual rules, the individual rules shall take precedence unless otherwise specifically provided therein.

We grant users a non-exclusive right to download this application to their own device and use it for personal purposes, subject to the conditions set forth in these Terms.

Article 3 (Fees and Payment)

This application is available free of charge for basic use; however, certain paid content is offered.

Solo Mahjong Pro (one-time purchase): Provides permanent access to benefits such as unlimited reach tickets and yakuman replay mode.

Purchases are processed through Apple ID or Google account.

Refunds for purchased paid content shall not be provided in principle, except as required by applicable law.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities in connection with the use of this Service:

• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Acts that destroy or interfere with server or network functions
• Commercial use of information obtained through this Service
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of this Service
• Unauthorized access
• Impersonation of other users
• Any other acts that we deem inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of this Service without prior notice to users if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist:

• When maintenance, inspection, or updating of computer systems related to this Service is required
• When provision of this Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power failure, or natural disaster
• When computer or communication lines are suspended due to an accident
• Any other case in which we determine that provision of this Service is difficult

We shall bear no liability whatsoever for any disadvantage or damage incurred by users or third parties due to suspension or interruption of this Service.

Article 6 (Restriction of Use)

We may restrict a user's access to all or part of this Service without prior notice if the user falls under any of the following:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Any other case in which we determine that use of this Service by the user is inappropriate

We shall not be liable for any damage incurred by users as a result of actions taken by us under this Article.

Article 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)

We make no representation or warranty, either express or implied, that this Service is free from factual or legal defects.

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from this Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

Article 8 (Changes to Service Content)

We may change the content of this Service or discontinue the provision of this Service without notifying users, and we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result thereof.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms at any time without notifying users when we deem it necessary. Changes to these Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this Service. Users' continued use of this Service after the effective date of any amended Terms shall constitute their acceptance of such amendments.

Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)

We shall handle personal information obtained through the use of this Service in accordance with our "Privacy Policy". Please note that third-party services such as Google AdMob and RevenueCat may collect device information and other data from users.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
